Terms for advisory requests
How requests through norban.no work, and what NorBAN’s role is.
NorBAN’s role
NorBAN lists independent advisors and passes your request to the advisor you choose. NorBAN is not a party to any engagement and gives no guarantee for the advisor’s work.
Your contract
Scope, price and terms are agreed directly between you and the advisor. The advisor invoices you directly.
Prices
Prices on norban.no exclude VAT. Package ranges are indicative; the advisor’s own price applies.
Finder’s fee
NorBAN receives a finder’s fee from the advisor for work that comes through a request. It is paid by the advisor and is not added to your price.
No investment decisions
NorBAN does not invest in or evaluate companies. Using an advisor has no bearing on whether NorBAN members invest.
Your data
Your request, including your name, email and phone, is sent to the advisor you choose and stored by NorBAN as a record of introductions made and fees owed. You can ask us to delete your contact details. See the privacy policy.
